As you know, since my hair grew back after chemo, I’ve been really working hard to look after it and keep it in good condition.

When it was longer, it used to take ages to blow dry so I used to love using a little Moroccanoil on it when it was wet. I have no idea why but it dried much quicker then – my hair stylist had given me the tip but I’d never asked why it worked! It was also much smoother and shinier too.

This gorgeous Moroccanoil Volume Pack has my favourite Morooccanoil treatment in it but also some other gorgeous products from the line that I hadn’t tried before.

    OMG! I love these products! My best tip is to make sure you stick your skin routine and never go to bed with makeup. Make sure you always sleep with a cleansed face.

    I avoided sunscreen and hats as a kid and am paying the price now, so my best tip is to cover up and apply 50+ sunscreen regularly

    My best tip is to keep hydrated inside and out. Inside by drinking plenty of water and outside by moisturising and getting the kids to moisturise my back. This also allows for a sneaky massage as the kids find it fun

    Hydration inside and out, particularly vigilant during the on-coming summer months. High SPF numbered sunscreen, preferably one included in a favourite daytime moisturiser. Cleanse face before bed no matter how late or tired and remember night and eye-creams.

    Slip, slop, slap!
    The sun will age you, maybe not instantly, but down the track.
    Also Sunglasses! To save you from squinting, means no wrinkles around your eyes!
    Also a little Rosehip oil will never hurt, apply before your moisturiser.

    I wear sunscreen daily, even throughout winter when the sun isnt directly shining. I’m super fair, so apart from burning easily, i get freckles, moles and have to keep a very close eye on my skin. Wearing sunscreen gives me peace of mind knowing I’m doing my part to protect my skin from damage

    Don’t skip the sunscreen, whether it’s cloudy or cold outside. If you’re heading to a beach lather your skin up with some more sunscreen with SPF of at least 30.

    My best skincare tip is to never have that third glass of wine – you are more susceptible to forgetaboutwearingmakeupitis and will go to sleep with your painted face still on! Always always always have two glasses of wine only and you’ll make sure you always wash your face before bed too :D

    My best skincare tip would be to eat healthy! You could use the most expensive skincare products in the world but if you do not nourish your body from the inside, your skin will not be at its best. Eat good fats (avocado, walnuts, olive oil, fresh salmon) avoid refined carbs and sugar and reduce your intake of alcohol as they can dry out the skin, cause inflammation and create breakouts.

    We all focus on our face but most of us tend to neglect our neck and décolletage! It’s important to moisturise and use SPF on those areas as well, as they are prone to sagging, forming wrinkles and sunspots. They’ll show your true age so take good care of it!

    Use retinol products at least three times a week. It helps increase cell turnover, therefore leaving your skin soft and smooth and making lines and wrinkles less noticeable. It also helps with evening out my skin tone, fading pigmentation, minimising the size of my pores as well as clearing up my blemishes! It’s an all in one skin saviour

    As much as it’s tempting to stand under a long, hot shower when it’s cold outside, resist the urge. The hot water will begin to compromise your skin’s lipid layer that holds in precious moisture. Turn down the heat or shorten your shower time, and moisturise straight after the shower while your skin is still damp, using a cream that creates a barrier to stop moisture from evaporating. Also apply a creamy-based mask once a week as a moisture booster.

    It took me years to realise that if I take the time to brush my teeth every night no matter how tired I am, then I can take the time to properly wash my face and moisturise. It only takes 2 mins to look after yourself, and as the ads say, I’m worth it.

    If you are a smoker – give up immediately. Apart from all the other terrible health concerns , smoking is terrible for your skin causing wrinkles, premature aging and poor skin tone and colour. Do your skin a huge favour and give up the cigarettes!

It resurfaces your skin gently removing pigmentation and smoothing fine lines. Skin is smoother, plumper and more youthful. Second best tip is to use a serum. One extra step in the beauty routine makes a huge difference. Concentrated ingredients sink right into freshly cleansed skin. I love using a Vitamin B serum in the morning and Vitamin A or C in the evening.

    My best tip is to find the right cleanser…I spent many years using a cleanser for acne prone skin because I thought it would prevent breakouts but all I got was super dry skin from the Salicylic acid and I always use a moisturiser with SPF!

    Change out your pillowcase every other day! Its only the size of a t-shirt and easy to throw in the wash. It’ll keep your skin from laying all night on oils and nasties to keep it fresh!

    In Australia the most important thing to do to protect your skin is ALWAYS wear high quality SPF sunscreen – without it all the other steps are but nothing.

    Never forget SPF on your decolletage remember 2 dabs of cream one for the face one for the chest area… have you ever wondered why Elle MacPherson hides her decolletage (either with her hair or tops, it’s because while she looked after her beautiful face her chest area not so and post-sun trauma in that area is virtually impossible to fix.
