My First Week Results on Lite n’ Easy!
I’ve been trialing the Lite n’ Easy plan for 7 days and wanted to update you with my first week results on Lite n’ Easy!
I started last Thursday and that morning, before I ate anything, I weighed myself and took measurements of my neck, chest, waist, hips, arms and legs.
Whilst I’m a bit shy of sharing my actual measurements with you, I will be sharing any changes in them as the weeks go on. Down down down!
I’ve talked a little about the plan here. I had my first esky of food delivered on Thursday morning, and started the plan from lunchtime that day.
When the esky arrived, I divided everything into days and then put them away in the fridge or freezer. All meals are very neatly packaged in a clear bag for each meal and day so they’re very easy to sort.

So, what were my results on Lite n’ Easy for Week 1?
I lost…2.4kgs!! I’m so happy with that because I’ve reduced the amount I was eating before by a lot.
My measurements didn’t move much but in just a week, that’s ok. I did lose 1 cm from my chest – why is it I always lose weight from my boobs first? So unfair!
I’ve just taken delivery of the esky for my second week on Lite n’ Easy so I’m hoping I’ll have success next week too! I’ll report back and let you know how I get on.
