Fisher Price Rainforest Play Gym

Fisher Price Rainforest Play Gym Review

My baby has the Fisher Price Rainforest play gym!  This post contains affiliate links.

It’s the Fisher-Price Rainforest one – I got it a month ago because, well as interesting as I think I am, I felt my baby needed something a little more fun and colourful to see.

Fisher Price Rainforest Melodies and Lights Deluxe Play Gym Review Baby Toddler Play Mat- Baby Play Gym Play Mat

The gym has a rainforest theme (duh, clearly) with lots of cute features such as a soft wipe clean mat for baby to lie on, flashing lights, rattles and soft toys at varying heights for baby to reach for and smack and nursery rhymes or rainforest-like sounds for baby to listen to.

All this colour and fun makes for a happy baby indeed – which of course equates to a happy mum who has a little more time in the day to do the chores or well, watch Dr Phil.  Whilst keeping an eye on baby at all times, I should add.

It’s also great for tummy time which a cute mirror for baby to look gaze into to chat to the ‘other baby’.  Be warned, this features can lead a sense of jealousy in confusion in baby – like, ‘get lost, this is MY mat!’.

It wasn’t cheap, at just around $120 AUD on eBay for a brand new one but is entertaining my baby well a few times a week and should last until she’s crawling away from it.

I say out of all the play gyms I researched, this looked like the best value with the most features and it’s working out well.

My advice: BUY IT! You can buy it here.
