New Hair and New Vision Direct Sunglasses!

This post is in collaboration with Vision Direct sunglasses.

It occurred to me that those of you who don’t follow me on Facebook or Instagram might not have seen my new hair! I’ve also been showing off my lovely new Vision Direct Sunglasses.

Although my hair is still very short, it had started to look a bit like a fuzzy tennis ball so I decided to get a little hair cut so it was in more of  ‘style’.

I went to see Hailey, my lovely hairdresser at Nesbitt Hair & Body in Newcastle and she did a brilliant job of my first hair cut! It’s more of a pixie cut now with short sides and back and a little longer on top for some shape. I absolutely love it and whilst I still want to grow it a little bit longer, I’ve started to feel a bit more feminine again.

Vision Direct also send me some lovely new sunnies as the weather is getting so much warmer and sunnier now.

I wanted a style that was delicate but covered my whole eye area. The last time I bought sunglasses was when I had much longer hair and it surprised me how different those ones look on me now I have short hair. I definitely wanted a new pair to complement my new hair style.

So here I am with my new Coach sunnies from Vision Direct and my new pixie hair cut! What do you think?

The Coach HC7048 920813 Sunglasses from Vision Direct are so lightweight and stylish. I love the gold frame and aviator style as it’s timeless and they’ll last for years.

They have UV protection, polished anti-glare and a scratch resistant design – plus they have a 2 year warranty and given my clumsiness (plus 2 small kids) this is essential!

We recently got sunglasses for the kids from Vision Direct too and they’ve been brilliant at protecting their eyes from Australia’s UV rays – plus they’re very very cute too! Here is Mini sporting his:

Do you like my hair? I’m really hoping to grow it into a short bob eventually but it takes so so long to grow. It always has.

I’ve been pinning away my favourite short bob styles on Pinterest and you can follow my board here:

If you see any short styles you think might suit me on Pinterest then tag me so I can check them out!

Your hair looks gorgeous and I love those sunglasses! My hair seems to grow fast mostly so that I get roots all the time with my hair dye, but whenever I get a bit too much cut off it seems to take forever to grow at all. Sod’s law and all that ;)
